1. Introduction

Welcome to LookIA. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and SaaS platform. LookIA is operated by Complemento 360 LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Florida, USA, functioning as a subsidiary of Complemento 360, established in Colombia.

By using our service, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

LookIA provides a platform that enables organizations to connect their websites and provide embeddable semantic search and AI chat experiences. We manage accounts, subscriptions, and the widget integration, while heavy AI tasks such as crawling and indexing are handled by our Core AI services.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use LookIA, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information, including a valid email address and secure password. You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide inaccurate information or violate our policies.

4. Fair Use and Usage Limits

To ensure high quality of service for all customers, LookIA enforces fair use policies and technical limits:

• Page Indexing Limits: Subscriptions are subject to maximum limits on the number of pages that can be indexed per site, according to your pricing plan.
• Re-indexing Limits: We impose maximum quotas on the number of site re-indexes allowed per month.
• Abuse: Attempts to bypass limits, overload our infrastructure, or use LookIA for malicious, illegal, or unauthorized purposes will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

We only process and index public information from the websites you connect to our service. By submitting a website for indexing, you represent that you have the right to allow us to crawl and process its public content for the purpose of providing the semantic search and AI chat services to you.

6. Payments and Billing

All payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider, Stripe. LookIA does not store, process, or transmit any sensitive bank or credit card information on our servers. We only store subscription statuses to enable or disable features accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Complemento 360 LLC and its parent company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of LookIA.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Florida, USA.
